90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Tensor 5?

This is a super lightweight, minimal daypack from Rab, perfect for fast, light excursions up your local crag or a day out mountain biking in the Lakes. The streamlined design of the Tensor 5 doesn't skimp on functionality, being hydration compatible alongside the specialised AirContour™ backsystem to keep you going all day long.

What is it made of?

The Tensor 5 is constructed using 100% recycled 420D Polyester Ripstop, which is lightweight and durable enough to resist abrasion when in contact with rockier, rough surfaces. Hydroshield® is used to coat this fabric, which means it has a water resistant layer. The Hydroshield® technology forces light water droplets to bead off the surface of the material instead of soaking in. However, it does not offer full waterproof protection, making it ideal for warmer, drier seasons where you may run into lighter rain showers.

Which backsystem does it use?

The Tensor 5 features the specialised AirContour™ backsystem, which offers a supportive, breathable, flexible back for multi-activity adventures. The moulded foam, spacer mesh construction increases breathability and ventilation in points of contact - great for exploring warmer climates abroad or a summer weekend hike in the Beacons.

What are its features?

Thanks to its lightweight, breathable design, with the Tensor 5, weight and comfort are no issue.

A multitude of pockets offers secure storage for everything you'll need for a day on the trails. A top pocket with a zipper fastening allows easy entry and storage for bulkier items like a packable layer or lunch. Internal zipped pockets are ideal for storing valuable items that you don't want to be swallowed into the deep depths of your bag for quick access, such as your phone or wallet.

There are also stretch side pockets, ideal for storing bulky water bottles and taking them out without removing the whole pack. If you prefer using a hydration bladder, then you're in luck! This daypack is hydration compatible, fitting a bladder up to two litres.

A grab handle gives you the super easy grab and go option if you're in a hurry.

There is a sternum strap and removable waistbelt for extra comfort and versatility, helping to keep the bag stable and closer to the body. A whistle sits on the sternum strap for added safety, perfect for attracting attention and signalling help if you're lost or stuck in a dangerous situation.

For cyclists and mountain bikers, there is a bike light loop giving you the option for a little extra visibility. The key clip is handy to attach any belongings (or keys, of course) that you don't want to risk losing or falling out of the pack whilst on the move.

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
