90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Black Hole Cube 14L?

It's a simple packing cube designed to help you organise your essentials on the go. Made of virtually indestructible materials, this handy pouch will last a lifetime and is sure to become a staple in your away kit.

What is it made of?

The Black Hole® Cube is made with 300D 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with a postindustrial, recycled TPU-film laminate, which makes it incredibly durable and virtually indestructible; it's truly built to last a lifetime! It's lined with a smooth, 200D recycled polyester material with a PU coating, offering light protection from water and helping to prevent items inside from getting scratched. Furthermore, internal organisation pockets are crafted from 100% recycled nylon webbing.

This product is also made in a Fair Trade Factory™, giving Patagonia more control of the operations in the factories they choose to work with. Patagonia proudly offers more Fair Trade styles than any other apparel brand in the current market. But how does it work? Patagonia pays a premium for every item made in one of these factories, and this money goes directly to the factory workers. A democratically elected committee of Fair Trade workers will decide how this extra money gets spent in each Fair Trade factory. The program also promotes worker health and safety, and social and environmental compliance, while encouraging healthier dialogue between workers and management.

What are its features?

This packing cube has a spacious, divided main compartment with interior organisation pockets for small essentials. One side is mesh-lined for easy visibility, and the other is lined with taffeta to separate dirty items. The external daisy chain attachment allows you to lash the cube onto packs, handlebars or duffle bags, plus a large grab handle makes for an easy pick-up option.

Corrosion-resistant zipper sliders make this little pouch perfect for saltwater expeditions and venturing into demanding climates.

The Black Hole® Cube 14L pairs nicely with other Black Hole® products in Patagonia's range; it fits inside the Black Hole® Duffels with ease.
