What is the Nava Crew?
It's a lightweight, moisture wicking t-shirt designed for mountain running and hiking in all conditions. The Nava Crew provides optimum comfort and performance with odour resistant technology to keep you feeling fresher for longer.
What is it made of?
Constructed using Bluesign® approved 87% Recycled Polyester and 13% Polyester, the t-shirt feels super smooth and soft to the touch. The fabric has been treated with HeiQ Fresh odour neutralising technology, which uses food industry sugar by-products to create one of the most environmentally friendly and least harmful ways of neutralising odour. It allows you to benefit from all the performance of polyester without spoiling the fresh mountain air.
Bluesign® approval means that this base layer was manufactured in a much more ethical, eco-friendly way. Bluesign® ensures that no chemicals or processes which cause harm to the environment are used during the production of the t-shirt, making it a much more sustainable option than lesser-quality pieces on the market.
What are its features?
A casual crew neck provides ample comfort without the added weight and bulk of zip fastenings or buttons.
Flatlock seams are smooth next-to-skin, thanks to their low bulk finish, and help reduce chafing and rubbing when wearing a backpack.
The fabric feels super soft and cosy. Its moisture wicking properties help to prevent the material from collecting sweat and moisture that would create a cold, clingy layer that feels pretty gross and uncomfortable.
As mentioned, HeiQ Fresh odour neutralising technology helps stop you from being able to smell how hard you've worked and offending your pals during the car journey home afterwards. The top is finished with subtle reflective branding for extra safety if you're out and about after hours.
The slim fit enhances the fabric's wicking properties while feeling close to the skin without being suffocating and restrictive.
The Nava can be worn alone when the weather is warm or as a base layer when the elements are less favourable. The low weight and slim fit allow it to sit under your other layers without adding bulk to restrict your movement or slow you down.
