What is the Oracool Crew?
It's a lightweight crewneck that can be worn next to the skin as a functional baselayer or midlayer layer for cooler conditions. The Oracool provides fantastic wicking performance and has a brushed knit inner that feels super soft and cosy.
What is it made of?
The Oracool Crew is made using recycled polyester and TENCEL™ cellulose fibres.
Polyester is lightweight, durable and has a smooth finish. Of course, recycled material is much better for the planet than conventional materials and non-recycled fabrics, boosting this product's eco-friendly credentials!
Tencel® fibres are produced from sustainably sourced wood pulp using responsible processes and are certified as compostable and biodegradable. Tencel® carries multiple certifications in terms of sustainability, including the USDA biobased product certification and an EU Ecolabel, and it has a European Award for the Environment. The yarns contribute to breathability and comfort, feeling gentle on the skin.
What are its features?
This product's slim, athletic fit makes it ideal for climbing and bouldering where you don't want the risk of your clothing catching or snagging on jagged edges or pointy holds.
A casual crew neckline gives it a versatile edge, also making it suitable for daily errands or pub catch-ups with friends.
A double-layer hem gives the jumper a neat finish and provides a little extra durability near the edges without adding excessive bulk to the design.
