90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Capacitor Hoody?

The Capacitor is a traditional fleece hoody offering bucket loads of warmth, comfort and stretch whilst being easy to take care of and incredibly tough. Use it for active use in the mountains under a shell, on its own while climbing, as a smart everyday hoody, the list goes on!

What is it made of?

The Capacitor is made largely from Rab's Recycled Knit Face brushed fleece, a thick, warm and durable material designed to offer maximum warmth. The side panels use Rab's Thermic fabric; this increases the breathability and allows greater airflow when you're working hard. 

What are its features?

Features wise, you've got two zipped hand pockets, one zipped chest pocket and a subtle Rab logo on the chest. 

Where does it fit in the layering system?

It can either be worn as a super warm midlayer with a protective shell over the top or a breathable outer layer when the conditions are less severe.

Regular Fit: Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting garments that are bang in the middle. The middle is good.

Relaxed Fit: Drapes loosely on the body, baggy fit.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
