90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Power Strech Pro Glove?

These simple yet effective gloves feature a warm Power Strech fabric and touchscreen friendly pads on the fingertips to allow you to easily use your tech without taking the gloves off. The lightweight nature of these gloves means they're perfect as either a stand-alone glove in mild conditions or a liner glove when the weather turns against you. 

What are the gloves made of?

Using Polartec Power Stretch Pro, they insulate fantastically and slide easily underneath additional waterproof shell gloves when the weather turns. If this fabric does happen to get wet, it dries quickly and will still provide warmth. The smooth, tough finish helps to repel wind while the soft fleecy inner is comfortable next to skin and will wick away sweat. 

Are there any other features?

These gloves are incredibly simple, however they do feature low-bulk cuffs to aid packability and touch screen compatible pads to allow you to use your tech without taking them off and exposing your hands to the cold.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
