90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Graviton Crew?

It's a brilliantly simple all-round crew neck gridded fleece designed to be worn for anything from fast-paced adventures to everyday errands. It makes a fantastic warm midlayer for hiking, biking or climbing in cold conditions and can even be worn as an outer layer in milder climates.

What is it made from?

The Graviton Crew is constructed from Thermic™ G gridded back fleece, specially engineered to be lightweight, warm, fast drying and durable. This clever Thermic™ G fabric is created from 96% recycled materials and balances durability, warmth and fast-drying properties, allowing it to provide the ultimate performance and adapt to various activities and conditions - making it perfect for mountain adventures!

What are its features?

With a simple feature set, the Graviton Crew is all about high-performance fabric, freedom of movement and lasting comfort for everyday and more technical adventures. The super soft fabric features a durable four-way stretch, articulated sleeves and underarm gussets for unhindered movement.

Double-layered cuffs create lasting comfort when worn for long periods, whilst a dropped hem to the back of the fleece provides added coverage to protect your lower back from drafts.

How does it fit?

The Graviton Crew is created in Rab's regular fit, which is a versatile fit that is contoured to the body with plenty of room for movement. Designed for versatile cross-seasonal and multi-layering use, the Graviton Crew is predominately worn as a warm midlayer but can also be used as a super-warm baselayer in cold conditions or an outer layer on milder days.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
