90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Nexus Pull-On?

It's a half-zip pull-on fleece that works perfectly as both a technical midlayer or casual, everyday jumper. The warm, recycled fleece material provides plenty of thermal efficiency and breathability for intense activities like climbing and mountaineering, yet feels light and comfortable enough to wear for casual errands during the week.

What is it made of?

The Nexus has had an eco-friendly facelift, and is now made with recycled materials! Though recycled, this fleece still provides excellent thermal performance and comfort.

It uses Thermic™ G Circular backer fleece made from recycled polyester. Thermic™ fabrics are specially engineered to be lightweight, warm, fast drying and durable, and Thermic™ G is developed to provide improved air trapping (for warmth), good breathability and reduced weight. By balancing durability, warmth and fast drying properties, the material can provide the ultimate performance and adapt to various activities and conditions - perfect for intense mountain adventures!

What are its features?

The deep venting half zip on the front of this fleece gives you ventilation options if you're layering up and getting a bit too George Michael.

A zippered chest pocket gives you space to keep small essentials to hand such as energy gels, snacks, or a mobile phone.

Flatlocked, low-bulk seams prevent chafing and rubbing if you're wearing just a vest or t-shirt underneath.

Finally, double cuffs also help to improve comfort and feel lovely and soft against the skin.

Regular Fit: Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting garments that are bang in the middle. The middle is good.

Relaxed Fit: Drapes loosely on the body, baggy fit.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
