90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Mantle Outline Tee?

It's a versatile, comfortable technical t-shirt that is casual enough to wear for everyday and active use. It's breathable, fast-drying and features an odour control finish, making it ideal for single or multi-day adventures in warm climates.

What is it made from?

This t-shirt is made with recycled polyester, giving it some eco-friendly credentials! Though recycled, it doesn't compromise quality. Polyester is durable yet lightweight, breathable and quick drying to help keep you feeling fresh in any environment. It feels smooth against the skin and is treated with an odour control finish, so you won't have to worry about offending your fellow travellers when travelling or multi-day hiking in warm climates.

What are its features?

Low bulk seams are strong yet softer on the skin, helping to prevent rubbing or chafing if you work up a sweat or wear this tee for long periods.

Set-in sleeves give this t-shirt a casual look, with a soft crew neckline that sits nice and comfortably around the lower neck.

The Mantle Outline Tee is finished with a unique Rab mountain outline graphic print to complement its relaxed, informal style.

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
