90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Pulse?

This super lightweight, breathable and relaxed fitting baselayer is perfect for high output activities or when in hot conditions. Unlike many alternative baselayers, the Pulse features a relaxed fit and doesn't cling to you like a frightened monkey; it's the sort of baselayer you wouldn't mind wearing to the pub after a day out in the hills.

What is it made from?

Made using Rab's Motiv fabric, this polyester based material wicks away sweat, doesn't soak up moisture, dries exceptionally quickly and is perfect for hot conditions or when sweating prefusely. Not only is it high performing, but super comfortable to wear as well, you barely even notice it's there. The beauty of this fabric is that even though it works well in hot conditions, it can be used under insulating layers in cold conditions just as effectively. A UPF 30+ rating reduces the chance of sunburn during longer outings, while a Polygiene anti-odour coating reduces the 'stink' after intense activity.

How does it fit?

It features a relaxed, comfortable fit; something you wouldn't mind wearing to the pub after without having to suck your stomach in. It has a long length and a slightly dropped hem for greater coverage.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
