What is it made from?
This versatile jacket is constructed from recycled polyester with a super soft feel and a matte tear-resistant finish. For weather resistance, this jacket uses Haglof's proprietary 2-layer PROOF™ membrane for breathable protection from the elements.
The outer fabric is treated with a fluorocarbon-free DWR (durable water repellent) for added water resistance, with a lesser environmental impact than conventional methods. It's also bluesign® approved for some extra eco-friendly credentials.
This combination of a super soft recycled fabric and PROOF™ membrane results in a super-wearable, super-quiet waterproof jacket that's an excellent all-round choice for weekend walking and rainy days in the UK.
What are its features?
A bit less techy than other jackets from the Haglof's range, this jacket has a simple yet functional feature set designed to protect you from adverse weather.
An adjustable hood allows you to create a shield against driving wind and rain, whilst the double storm flap protects the zip, keeping you dry in rain showers.
A dropped mesh lining to the body of the jacket protects the waterproof membrane from abrasion, whilst creating a breathable layer for moisture to wick away from your body. The sleeves are lined with soft polyester, allowing the jacket to glide on effortlessly when wearing multiple layers or a bulky fleece.
Storm flaps protect two well-placed outer pockets and provide ideal storage for your phone, lip balm and trail snacks. An internal mesh pocket is suitable for stowing your gloves or buff when hill walking.
This all-round waterproof jacket is finished with an adjustable hood and cuffs for a comfortable fit and added protection from the elements.
