Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

A 90 day return period and the Trekitt 2-year Common Sense Guarantee.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

This is a practical, roll top backpack for day-to-day use. With a clean, sleek style and space for packing everyday essentials, you can take this pack from work to the gym without it looking bulky or out of place.

What is it made of?

Crafted with Recycled Polyester Packcloth, the Arcane Roll Top is a durable, hard-wearing pack, tough enough to take on the hustle and bustle of busy lifestyles.

This recycled material is GRS certified and Bluesign® approved, making it a much more sustainable option than other regular packs on the market.

Which backsystem does it use?

Osprey's Airscape® backsystem technology prioritises comfort and stability - the perfect combination for a casual, everyday bag. This particular design features an Airscape® backpanel to enhance the fit and create a snug feel.

AIRSCAPE™ BACKPANEL - The specialised AirScape™ backpanel features vented and ridged foam sections overlaid with a breathable, lightweight mesh for maximum comfort and breathability.

What are its features?

Storage and organisation is no problem with the Arcane Roll Top. This pack has an internal document sleeve and organisation pocket to separate files, paper and notebooks, stopping them from getting muddled before big meetings. There is also a padded laptop/tablet sleeve to protect electricals further from being bashed around during the rush hour commute.

The front shove-it pocket is ideal for smaller items you may want to access quickly and a front zippered pocket to keep headphones or a wallet a little more secure. The internal key clip offers a safe place to stow away keys, providing reassurance they won't be lost or dropped on the move.

A stretch mesh side pocket holds big bulky water bottles or flasks that you don't want to risk leaking inside.

This bag is fitted with a quick-release harness for security, which also has a smaller stretch pocket for additional storage. If you need a quick grab-and-go solution, a chunky grab handle saves time as an alternative from mounting the bag on your back.
