90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Depot 22?

The Depot 22 is a versatile, multi-use daypack suitable for both urban and outdoor life. With various storage options, a streamlined, minimalist design and a comfortable back panel, this pack is adaptable enough to carry your laptop to work in the week or walking accessories when exploring with friends at the weekend.

What is it made of?

This pack is constructed using 50% Recycled Poly Ballistic and PW (plain weave) with a Hydroshield® treatment.

The Recycled Poly Ballistic is a tough, durable fabric that is more environmentally friendly than many other materials often used to construct daypacks.

PW (Plain weave) is a simple fabric with a basic construction that can withstand abrasion and provide a more structured look.

The bag has a Hydroshield® finish which creates a moisture-resistant coating to help water bead off the material.

Which backsystem does it use?

The Contour™ back panel is moulded for an improved, more comfortable fit whilst giving the pack more shape and structure.

What are its features?

This streamlined, versatile backpack has a main zipped entry with two compartments for easy access whilst keeping your bits and bobs securely inside.

The bag also has a main workspace compartment with a 15" padded Dryzone™ laptop sleeve, tablet sleeve, and additional organisers, ideal for separating equipment for work.

The laptop sleeve is a highlight feature for this bag. It comes with a roll-top closure and is constructed with a waterproof Dryzone™ fabric, protecting your electricals from water bottle leaks or rain seeping in.

Additional storage is provided with a top drop pocket and an internal zipped pocket to safely stow away valuable items such as a wallet or phone. Stretch fabric side pockets offer a solution to carry water bottles without taking up space inside the pack.

There is a key clip to securely attach keys, saving them from being dropped or getting lost during the rush hour commute.

The sternum strap helps keep the bag in place to improve comfort by reducing the amount the pack slides around on the bag.

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
