90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Depot 25?

Hit the climbing wall straight after work with the Depot 25. This backpack is a versatile, multi-use bag suitable for both urban and outdoor life. With various storage options and a streamlined, minimalist design, the Depot 25 is adaptable enough to carry your laptop to work in the week or outdoor kit for exploring at the weekend.

What is it made of?

This pack is constructed using 50% Recycled Poly Ballistic and PW (plain weave) with a Hydroshield® treatment.

The Recycled Poly Ballistic is a tough, durable fabric that is more environmentally friendly than many other materials often used to construct daypacks.

PW (Plain weave) is a simple fabric with a basic construction that can withstand abrasion and provide a more structured look.

The bag has a Hydroshield® finish which creates a moisture-resistant coating to help water bead off the material.

Which backsystem does it use?

The Contour™ back panel is moulded for an improved, more comfortable fit whilst giving the pack more shape and structure.

What are its features?

This streamlined, versatile backpack has a large roll-top entry with and simple single buckle closure for easy access.

The bag has a main workspace compartment with a 15" padded laptop sleeve, tablet sleeve, and additional organisers. Split segments are ideal for separating work equipment alongside clothes and shoes to hit the bouldering gym straight after your shift.

The laptop sleeve comes with a roll-top closure. It is constructed using a waterproof Dryzone™ fabric to protect any electricals from water bottle leaks or rain seeping in.

On the harness is a small pocket that fit in-ear wireless headphones, to save you fumbling around the bottom of your bag trying to find them.

Additional storage is provided with a large zipped front pocket and two internal zipped security pockets to safely stow away valuable items such as a wallet or phone. Stretch fabric side pockets offer a solution to carry water bottles without taking up space inside the pack.

There is a key clip to securely attach keys, saving them from being dropped or getting lost during the rush hour commute.

The sternum strap helps keep the bag in place to improve comfort by reducing the amount the pack slides around on the bag.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
