90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Tree Wool FL T-Shirt?

It's a comfortable, lightweight t-shirt designed for all-round use, whether hill walking, hiking or running daily errands.

What is it made of?

This tee is made with Tree Wool, which comprises a blend of merino wool and Tencel™ Lycocell yarn.

Merino wool is renowned for its fantastic performance properties, being naturally soft, breathable, fast drying, and odour resistant; you'll be grateful for it on a hot day! It's also effective at regulating temperature, keeping you warm during the winter and cool during the summer, making it ideal for wearing all year round.

Wool is significantly more responsible than newly made, conventional materials on the market and performs incredibly well. It's biodegradable, renewable, and completely natural. Unlike synthetic materials like polyester, fossil fuels aren't used to produce it either.

The wool used in this product is RWS-certified. The RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) certification helps improve animal welfare whilst preserving and protecting land health by assessing the welfare of the sheep the wool came from and the land they graze on.

Tencel™ fibres are produced from responsibly sourced wood pulp using responsible processes and are certified as compostable and biodegradable. Tencel™ carries multiple certifications in terms of sustainability, including the USDA biobased product certification and an EU Ecolabel, and it has a European Award for the Environment. The yarns contribute to breathability and comfort, feeling gentle on the skin.

Mammut works with FairWear to ensure safe, ethical working conditions in their factories, helping to protect workers' rights and being considerate and responsible with their processes.

What are its features?

Thanks to its minimal design, this tee can be paired with virtually any outfit, for any occasion. It's also light and comfy enough to layer underneath a shirt, sweater or jacket.

Functional underarm gussets optimise freedom of movement, making this the perfect t-shirt for dynamic outdoor activities, bouldering sessions at the gym or even some home DIY.

The Tree Wool FL T-Shirt is neatly finished with a small Mammut logo at the side of the chest.
