90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the Massone Pants?

The Massone Pants are what every climber dreams of! They offer incredible durability, comfort and freedom of movement for unhindered performance on the rockface, meaning you can crack on with your ascent and smash your project with no interruptions.

What are they made of?

These trousers are made with a unique, sustainable material called EcoCosy® and T8® TECH polyester.

T8® Tech polyester is light and low bulk yet durable enough to withstand wear and abrasion from rough surfaces.

EcoCosy® is made of sustainable wood pulp and has certifications from the USDA (US Department of Agriculture) to confirm that it's 100% biobased. The manufacturing process of EcoCosy® also meets the highest level of Sustainable Textile & Leather Production (STeP) by OEKO-TEX® certification standard, making these trousers fantastic for the more eco-conscious climber.

The material itself is durable, breathable and boasts high tenacity to optimise freedom of movement. It feels smooth and soft against the skin, comfortable enough to wear for long days at the crag or even for everyday errands where you require something more functional.

Just to add to their credibility, these trousers have been made in conjunction with FairWear standards. Mammut works with FairWear to ensure safe, ethical working conditions in their factories, helping to protect workers' rights and being considerate and sustainable with their processes.

What are their features?

The waistband is elasticated and has a drawstring adjuster to optimise the fit around the waist and keep the trousers in place as you move and stretch during your ascent. You can wear the drawstring inside or out to either keep it away from catching on jagged rock or add a sportier edge to your outfit when wearing these pants casually.

A gusset at the crotch offers vital seams some extra relief and ensures there will be no tearing when you stretch for your next move, because nobody wants split trousers halfway up the wall!

There are two front pockets and seat pockets with a flap for carrying energy gels or small chalk pieces to mark your next move on the boulder. For essentials you might need when roped up, there's an additional harness-compatible pocket on the leg, ideal for keeping mobile phones and GPS devices out of the way.

They have a climbing specific, pre-shaped cut that gives you more room to move where you need it most and a tapered leg with an elastic hem to reduce gaps around the leg, ensuring nothing gets caught as you climb.

Mammut has finished the design with a subtle logo patch on the leg which looks smart and sophisticated.
