90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

It's a soft fleece crewneck made with 100% recycled materials. The Micro D looks great with virtually any outfit and is perfect for casual activities and outdoor lifestyles.

What is it made of?

This fleece sweatshirt comprises 100% recycled polyester micro denier fleece with an anti-pilling finish. It's super soft and quick-drying, making it incredibly versatile and easy to care for. The anti-pilling finish is double-sided and helps to reduce wear, meaning this jumper will last even longer and won't look shabby too soon. Plus, it's a three-season weight, meaning it's easy to layer over and warm enough to wear as a light outer layer during shoulder seasons.

This product is also made in a Fair Trade Factory™, giving Patagonia more control of the operations in the factories they choose to work with. Patagonia proudly offers more Fair Trade styles than any other apparel brand in the current market. But how does it work? Patagonia pays a premium for every item made in one of these factories, and this money goes directly to the factory workers. A democratically elected committee of Fair Trade workers will decide how this extra money gets spent in each Fair Trade factory.The program also promotes worker healthand safety, and social and environmental compliance,while encouraging healthier dialogue between workers and management.
