Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the R1 Air Crew Fleece?

The R1 Air Crew is a lightweight, breathable, quick-drying fleece sweatshirt that looks and feels incredibly comfy. Its versatile design makes it ideal for year-round wear, whether hiking, walking the dog or simply relaxing at home.

What is it made of?

This crewneck fleece comprises 100% recycled polyester fleece with hollow-core yarns. It provides exceptional breathability and warmth, and feels super soft next to the skin.

The fabric is bluesign® approved, meaning it's manufactured in a way that is safe for the environment, workers and consumers. bluesign® certifications ensure that the materials used avoid harmful substances, use reduced air and water emissions, increase resource productivity, and the production line is more transparent and trustworthy.

This product is also made in a Fair Trade Factory™, giving Patagonia more control of the operations in the factories they choose to work with. Patagonia proudly offers more Fair Trade styles than any other apparel brand in the current market. But how does it work? Patagonia pays a premium for every item made in one of these factories, and this money goes directly to the factory workers. A democratically elected committee of Fair Trade workers will decide how this extra money gets spent in each Fair Trade factory. The program also promotes worker health and safety, and social and environmental compliance, while encouraging healthier dialogue between workers and management.

What are its features?

The material's unique zig-zag texture dries fast and wicks away moisture efficiently. It also provides exceptional breathability, amplifying temperature regulation when working hard on the hill.

A left chest pocket provides storage space for a mobile phone, purse or keys.

Off-shoulder seams deliver optimum comfort, even when wearing a backpack, as they don't sit underneath the shoulder straps and rub on the skin as a result.

Quick-drying woven binding around the hem and cuffs provides extra flexibility and helps improve the fit by cinching in any volume. Lastly, a slim-fitting, low-bulk design makes it easy and comfortable to layer other jackets over the top when needed.
